NEW HAIR!

Dear FAmily,

Got my hair cut! I was aprehensive at first because the hairdresser cut it and when it was styled i looked like an old lady. I went home and washed it and styled it myself and im much happier now. Heres a before and after shot!

Hello all,

Since my exams have ended I've been decorating my new flat and been in Paisley. I went to the Glasgow undergroud festival yesterday and then today david and I went for a cycle along the cycle track.

Weather has been mixed but enjoying myself and keeping busy.

Can't wait to come home and see you all.

30th April...GOT MY FLAT!

Getting my flat keys tomorrow. I can't wait. Went to the Recycling Emporium today (aka Junkyard) and got a chair for £5 for my new flat. Going to cover it with my single duvet and make it really comfortable (because i have a double next year)

Outside the emporium was a table saying "Take what you want!" There were a few wee teacups and a milk jug that i took and tonight I made them into candles! Yep I'm a genius! Heres some photos!

19th April

With the exception of being home last week I've spent the Easter holidays at Dave's house in Paisley with his family. I had a great time being back home and seeing everyone!

Yesterday myself, David, David's dad Gerry and his sister Louise and two of her friends cycled out to Lochwinnoch from Paisley (10miles there and 10miles back). It was a great day and the weather was fantasic as you can see in the photos.








The weather has been great in the past few days so I've been outside a lot of the time which is great...means i have to study in the evenings though! Plenty of walks with the dog and eating outside!

holi!

Hi everyone. Updating to tell you that I went to Holi yesterday with isla. Holi is an Indian festival to celebrate Indian new year. Its also called the festival of colour, you will see why!...

We left in the early afternoon looking like this....

...And returned looking like this...

It was a great day. We got henna designs done, indian food, bollywood dancing and the festival of colour. The festival of colour is throwing colourful powder paint and water at eachother to celebrate the new year.
